Stuck while playing The Vitalogist? These hints are here to guide you.
The first five hints under ‘Opening the Suitcase’ provide general guidance to help you play the game. If you need hints for specific items in the suitcase, check the Hint Overview.
Warning: the final hint reveals the answer.
Send Sarah a message on WhatsApp to start the game. She can guide you further. If you have questions for her, it helps to be as specific as possible. When Sarah asks if she’s been helpful, you’ll need to select one of the options (yes/no) before she can assist you with the next question.
Examine each item carefully. Read everything thoroughly. Make sure you discuss and record your answers together as a team.
First, try to figure out the code for the combination lock; this will allow you to open the suitcase.
Once you’ve opened the suitcase, organize its contents; place similar items together and try to link related elements.
You’re playing as Vitalogists, helping Sarah from Reviresco Clinics uncover the mystery behind Patient 0318-PX and the Nutri Verse Plus supplement. As you play, you’ll focus on balancing the Five Energy Sources of Vitality to help the test subject regain their balance.
If you need to stop the game unexpectedly—which, of course, is a shame—just type “stop game” in the WhatsApp chat. The game will stop automatically. But please keep in mind that your progress won’t be saved, so you’ll need to start from scratch the next time you start the game.
Have you noticed there’s a website listed at the bottom of the receipt with the medical data? Go to the website to find the results.
Ask Sarah on WhatsApp for the “login details” for Revirescoclinics.com so you can log in with her account.
Sarah’s login details are:
Email: sarah@revirescoclinics.com
Password: Nx6E8x5rY
Once you’re logged in to the Reviresco website, you can search for test subject 0318-PX. The receipt shows medical data; maybe you can use it to find the correct test subject.
The correct values from the receipt are as follows:
These values need to be entered in the answer boxes. Be careful not to include any unnecessary spaces or extra characters.
Once you’ve entered the patient data correctly on the website, you’ll discover the name of test subject 0318-PX: Chris Becker. Click on ‘Go to live monitor’ and ask Sarah for the verification code. When you receive it and enter it, you’ll access a live view of Chris’s Vitality Meter. This provides a real-time display of Chris’s balance across all five segments. Your goal is to help Chris bring each segment into balance.
Sarah has drawn lines on the compass with a red marker. On the chart, you’ll see both red circles and red check marks. Can you figure out how Sarah decided which lines to draw on the compass?
One of the lines Sarah drew on the compass goes from A-0 to B-1. “A” stands for Albumin, and “B” stands for Bilirubin. She matched these lines because both points are marked with a blue circle.
Link the other markings in the same way, drawing lines between the matching points on the compass.
There’s a pattern in the center of the compass that also appears on the chart. Could there be a connection between these elements?
Use the reflective paper to form a tube and place it in the center of the compass. Now, use it as a mirror to view the shapes reflected in it. Which shapes turn into numbers, and what are those numbers?
The compass poster should be filled in as follows:
The correct numbers on the compass are 958.
You’ll need the mirror foil to read something within the compass with lines. Is there a way you can roll it up?

The correct numbers on the compass are 958.
You’ll need to combine the chart sheet with the compass. Can you identify any connections?
Use the data from the chart sheet to complete the compass. Sarah has drawn lines on the compass with a red marker. On the chart sheet, there are both red circles and red check marks. Can you figure out how Sarah determined which lines to draw on the compass?
On the chart sheet, the first letter of each substance is circled. These letters also appear in the compass (A to J). You’ll also find the numbers with a red check mark in the compass. The combinations of these letters and numbers form the lines you need to add to the compass. Follow the curved lines on the compass as you draw them.
One of the lines Sarah drew on the compass goes from A-0 to B-1. “A” stands for Albumin, and “B” stands for Bilirubin. She matched these lines because both points are marked with a blue circle.
Match up the other markings this way and draw lines along the curves between the corresponding points on the compass.
There are a few items that are outside of the suitcase. Is there a way to connect these items? Or could you gather information from Sarah’s letter?

There’s a pattern in the center of the compass that also appears on the chart. Could there be a connection between these elements?
It looks like something could be placed in the center of the compass. Look carefully at the materials outside the suitcase that you have at your disposal. Is there something you could use?
Use the reflective paper as a mirror. Roll it into a tube and place it in the center of the compass. If you’ve drawn all the lines correctly, you’ll be able to read numbers reflected in the compass.
Three numbers can be read from the compass. Starting from 0 and moving clockwise (as indicated by the arrows), you’ll get a three-digit code. The correct code for the combination lock is 958.
The notebook contains notes, texts, photos, and sketches from the Reviresco staff member who treated Chris Becker. The pages can be carefully torn out of the notebook for convenience. Review these closely and see what you can use to solve the various puzzles.
On the first page of the notebook, there are some important notes to help you get started with the game.
The first page of the notebook shows the Five Energy Sources of Vitality. This wheel provides insight into the different aspects of balance in a person’s life. Each segment has its own color. Have you noticed that these colors appear on multiple elements within the suitcase?
The notebook contains notes that can help you with the following parts:
You’ll need the yellow-highlighted elements in the notes for the final part of the game.
For more information on solving these parts, check the hints for the corresponding elements above.
Have you connected all the green elements within the suitcase?
If you review the notes on the EMDR chart, you’ll find that routes must be followed from negative memories (shown as pink, orange, and purple spots in the brain) to positive memories (shown as a green spot in the brain). The first route is already drawn on the brain.
Have you discovered that you need to use the dice for this part? The dice will help you navigate the routes on the EMDR chart. Place the dice with the correct side up at the starting point. Then, roll the dice forward each time it moves to a new triangle within the grid.
If you look closely, you’ll find a hint on the chart about the starting position of the dice, which is crucial to finding the correct answer. The outcome of the three routes together forms the code you need.
On the EMDR chart, there are shapes that resemble a compass. These illustrate the dice in a specific position. The green marking shows you how to place the dice on the triangular grid.
Session 1 starts at the orange/pink/purple spot in the top left of the brain. The starting position of the dice is with the 8 facing up, as indicated by the dice position illustration. As you follow the route with the dice, tilting it as it moves across the grid, it ends at the green spot (happiness) on the number 4.
Once you have completed all sessions, enter the three-digit code in the green section of the Vitality Meter on Revirescoclinics.com.
Session 2 starts at the pink/purple spot in the bottom right of the brain. The starting position of the dice is with the 3 facing up, as shown in the dice position illustration. As you follow the route with the dice, tilting it as it moves across the grid, it ends at the green spot (happiness) on the number 7.
Once you have completed all sessions, enter the three-digit code in the green section of the Vitality Meter on Revirescoclinics.com.
Session 3 starts at the orange/purple/pink spot in the top right of the brain. The starting position of the dice is with the 4 facing up, as shown in the die position illustration. The notes indicate that the small yellow dashes represent blockages. If you look closely, you’ll see a route through the blockages leading to the green spot.
As you follow the route with the dice, tilting it as it moves across the grid, it ends at the green spot (happiness) on the number 2.
Once you have completed all sessions, enter the three-digit code in the green section of the Vitality Meter on Revirescoclinics.com.
Have you connected all the green elements within the suitcase?
If you look closely, you’ll see that the dice correspond to the EMDR chart and fit perfectly within the triangular grid on the brain.
Place the dice on the grid, and carefully tilt it from one triangle to the next, revealing a different number each time. Starting from the correct position on the EMDR chart, you can follow a path that will display a specific number.
For more information on solving this puzzle, check the hints for the EMDR chart.
Have you connected all the purple elements within the suitcase?
The insight cards and the Hypnotherapy Center letter seem to be connected. If you look at the back of the insight cards, you’ll see that the golden symbol matches the logo of the Hypnotherapy Center.
In the notebook, there’s a section titled “Philosophy and Vitality” in purple. This section includes notes from Chris’s weekly analysis.
If you look closely, you’ll notice that some of the insight cards relate to the notes in the notebook. Read through the insight cards, letter, and notes carefully. Do you see the connections between these elements?
Examine the insight cards carefully. Can you spot any subtle differences on the back of the cards?
There are six notes from Chris’s weekly analysis. Each note needs to be paired with a specific, matching insight card. Since there are more insight cards than notes, you won’t need every card. Once you’ve matched the correct insight cards to the corresponding notes, turn them over. Arrange them correctly, and the letters in the top triangle will spell out a word.
When you match the correct cards with the corresponding notes, in the correct order, you’ll have the following cards: Five of Cups, The Lion, Five of Swords, The Magician, The Tower, and The Moon.
Turn these cards over, and the letters in the top triangle will spell the word: TALENT.
Enter this word in the purple section of the Vitality Meter on Revirescoclinics.com to bring the Spirit segment into balance.
Have you connected all the purple elements within the suitcase?
In the top right corner of the letter, you’ll find the logo of the Hypnotherapy Center. This logo matches the symbol on the back of the insight cards.
The letter mentions that Dr. Elena Martinez considers hypnotherapy a suitable method to support Chris Becker’s personal growth. From this, you can deduce that the letter, insight cards, and the notes in the notebook under “Philosophy and Vitality” are connected.
For more information on solving this puzzle, check the hints for the Insight Cards.
Have you connected all the orange elements within the suitcase?
If you look closely, you’ll see that the Supplement Test Kit (containing supplements and test strips), the Balance Grid, and the test tube (with the white powder inside) are all related.
You’ll find a sticker on the test tube—a clear container with a blue cap—that shows the correct dosage.
By carefully reading the instructions on both the Supplement Test Kit and the Balance Grid, and checking the dosage on the test tube, you can figure out what to do.
Follow the instructions on the back of the Supplement Test Kit up to step three. Then, dip the test strip into the mixture for one second. Both squares on the strip turn green, which, according to the reference chart (inside the Test Kit), indicates an L-Tyrosine level of 9.0.
Next, follow the instructions on the Supplement Test Kit to determine the Restovitan level.
Continue following the instructions on the back of the Supplement Test Kit up to step five. When you compare the color of the mixture in the test tube with the reference chart (inside the Test Kit), you’ll see that the Restovitan level is 34.
Then, use the Balance Grid to calculate the correct answer. For more information on solving this puzzle, refer to the hints for the Balance Grid.
Have you connected all the orange elements within the suitcase?
If you look closely, you’ll see that the Supplement Test Kit (containing supplements and test strips), the Balance Grid, and the test tube (with the white powder inside) are all related.
A sticker is placed on the test tube (a clear container with a blue cap), showing the correct dosage.
To calculate the Balance Grid, you’ll need the L-Tyrosine level (for the value of each cell) and the Restovitan level (for the total sum of each row). Have you been able to discover these?
For more information on finding the L-Tyrosine level and the Restovitan level, check the hints for the Supplement Test Kit.
The concept of the Balance Grid is explained on the back of the card. The sum of all four values in each row, column, and diagonal must equal the Restovitan level, which is 34. Each number between 1 and 16 can only be used once.
Have you connected all the turquoise elements within the suitcase?
Inside the suitcase, you’ll find a large sheet of paper (A0) with 20 icons on it. This is the Work-Life Matrix, which will help you calculate whether the patient in question is keeping a healthy work-life balance.
In the notebook, you’ll find a page titled “Work-Life Balance.” This page and the following ones contain information on hands and feet. Review these pages carefully, as they will clarify the task.
You’ll be playing something like Twister! The notebook indicates which symbols to cover with each hand or foot. When all eight symbols are covered, calculate the Work-Life balance by adding up the values of the uncovered symbols.
After completing all the steps, you should have the following results:
Work-Life Balance | Score |
---|---|
WORK-LIFE BALANCE 1 | 20 |
WORK-LIFE BALANCE 2 | 5 |
WORK-LIFE BALANCE 3 | 1 |
WORK-LIFE BALANCE 4 | 13 |
WORK-LIFE BALANCE 5 | 23 |
WORK-LIFE BALANCE 6 | 15 |
WORK-LIFE BALANCE 7 | 18 |
WORK-LIFE BALANCE 8 | 11 (K) |
At the bottom of the Work-Life Matrix, there’s a line with the numbers 1 through 26, each linked to a letter of the alphabet. For each completed task, compare your number result to the numbers and letters on this line. Can you figure out which letter corresponds to each result?
The numbers you calculated correspond to letters. By using the Work-Life Matrix, you can find out which letter matches each number in the alphabet. Convert the numbers to letters and arrange them in the order of the tasks completed to form a word. You’ll need this word as a code to enter in the online system.
The correct word is: TEAMWORK.
Have you connected all the pink elements within the suitcase?
The astronomy map is linked to the pink section, “Psychology and Vitality,” in the notebook.
The Astronomy Map displays various constellations, which are also mentioned in the notebook. One of these constellations is the code you need for the online platform. You can find it by plotting the correct coordinates on a Cartesian coordinate plane
Look at the dots marked on the Cartesian coordinate plane and compare them to the Astronomy Map. Identify the constellation you’ve drawn with the coordinates.
The correct constellation formed by plotting René Descartes’ coordinates on the plane is Cassiopeia.
Have you figured out which color this element within the suitcase is associated with?
R.D. stands for René Descartes, and his name is linked to the pink section, representing Mind.
Inside the suitcase, there’s a sticker with a photo of René Descartes and a quote beside it. You’ll need the coordinates following this quote for this segment of the game.
In the notebook, you’ll find various quotes from René Descartes and Plato, each with coordinates. Can you identify which quotes and their corresponding coordinates are needed?
Read through the quotes and statements by René Descartes. When you place the coordinates from his quotes in chronological order on one of the blank Cartesian coordinate planes, a shape will start to form.
Don’t forget to use the quote and coordinates inside the suitcase, next to René Descartes’ sticker. This is the first coordinate you’ll see upon opening the suitcase, and it should be entered first. The correct coordinates in order are:
In total, five coordinates need to be plotted. Can you recognize a shape from the dots? Use the Astronomy Map as a guide.
The correct constellation formed is Cassiopeia.
Inside the suitcase, you’ll find 10 film slides, each with two photos. On the film slides is the word ‘memorydia’. You will need this element of the game once you’ve solved the puzzles in the suitecase to bring the test subject back in balance.
Have you solved all five puzzles (pink, purple, orange, green, turquoise) linked to the Five Energy Sources of Vitality?
Can you connect the film slides to the memory videos that appear after entering the correct answers on the Vitality Meter on Revirescoclinics.com?
For more information on solving this puzzle, check the hints for the Vitality Meter.
Have you solved all five puzzles (pink, purple, orange, green, turquoise) linked to the Five Energy Sources of Vitality?
Have you entered the answers to all five puzzles (pink, purple, orange, green, turquoise) into the Vitality Meter on Revirescoclinics.com?
Entering the answers to all five puzzles (pink, purple, orange, green, turquoise) on the Vitality Meter at Revirescoclinics.com will unlock a series of memory videos. Each completed section of the Vitality Meter triggers a video tied to a specific memory. Can you find items in the suitcase that relate to these videos?
The correct photos that correspond to the memories from the five segments in the videos have the following codes*:
Mind | Spirit | Social | Soul | Body |
CR-9972 | CR-9802 | CR-8733 | CR-7912 | CR-8056 |
* The codes below the photos (CR-XXXX) can be found on the film slides. When you stack these photos on top of each other, you’ll be able to spot a word if you look carefully. Do you see which word it is? Be sure to align the slides properly with the correct side up. Check that “memorydia” is readable; if it appears in reverse, the slide is upside down.
When you stack the correct slides, you’ll find that the final answer is OWNERSHIP.
Have you connected all the green elements within the suitcase?
To solve Soul (green), you’ll need the EMDR chart and the green dice. Can figure out the correct code?
The answer for this puzzle is 4-7-2
Have you connected all the orange elements within the suitcase?
To solve Body (orange), you’ll need the Supplement Test Kit, the research vial, and the Balance Grid. Can you figure out the correct answer?
Refer to the hints for the Supplement Test Kit and the Balance Grid here.
When you find the correct value from the Supplement Test Kit, you’ll get 34. This is the total sum needed for the Balance Grid.
If filled in correctly, the answer is 13-8-12-1
Have you connected all the purple elements within the suitcase?
To solve Spirit (purple), you’ll need the notebook, the insight cards, and the letter from the Hypnotherapy Center. Can you uncover the correct answer?
There are six notes in total, each needing to be paired with a specific insight card. Once you’ve matched the correct insight cards to the corresponding research notes, turn them over. The letters in the top triangle will spell out a word.
When you match the correct cards with the corresponding notes, in the right order, you’ll have the following cards: Five of Cups, The Lion, Five of Swords, The Magician, The Tower, and The Moon. Turn these cards over, and the letters in the top triangle spell out the word: TALENT.
Have you connected all the pink elements within the suitcase?
Several philosophers are mentioned in the notebook. Take a close look at the inside of the suitcase. Is there a philosopher you recognize who might be important for this segment?
The initials R.D. stand for René Descartes. His name and photo can be found in both the notebook and inside the suitcase.
The notebook mentions that ancient civilizations used constellations to find meaning in life. To complete this part of the game, you’ll need the astronomy map in the suitcase.
If you carefully review the notebook, you’ll find three theories and methods from different philosophers. The Categorical Imperative by Immanuel Kant, the Theory of Elements by Aristotle, and Plato’s theory are marked in red as REJECTED. You won’t need these theories or methods.
In the section of the notebook written and highlighted in pink, you’ll find various sayings and quotes. Coordinates are written after each quote, along with the initials of the philosopher who made the statement. Can you locate these?
By closely examining the notebook, you’ll discover that the Cartesian coordinate system was invented by René Descartes. From this, you can deduce that only the sayings and coordinates of René Descartes (R.D.) are needed. The quotes and coordinates of Plato can be ignored.
Read through the quotes and sayings of René Descartes. When you place the coordinates from his quotes in chronological order on one of the blank Cartesian coordinate planes, a shape will start to form.
Don’t forget to use the quote and coordinates on the inside of the suitcase. These are written next to René Descartes’ sticker and are the first coordinates visible upon opening the suitcase. These should be entered first. The correct coordinates in sequence are:
There are five coordinates to be plotted in total. Can you recognize a shape from the dots? Use the astronomy map as a guide.
The correct shape formed by plotting the coordinates is the constellation Cassiopeia.
You’ll only need this game element after solving the other puzzles in the suitcase and once all five elements of the Vitality Five of Patient 0318-PX are in balance.
Have you found the answers to all five puzzles (pink, purple, orange, green, turquoise)? And have you found the final answer to help Chris feel like himself again?
Chris Becker needs your help to find out who did this to him. What information can still be read on the damaged ID card?
If you look closely, two digits of his staff ID are visible. Can you rule out other employees based on this?
The visible part of the staff ID is EMP-63
You’ll need this game element after solving the other puzzles in the suitcase.
Have you found the answers to all five puzzles (pink, purple, orange, green, turquoise) and made contact with Chris Becker?
Have you noticed that there’s information related to the floor plan in the notebook?
By reviewing the information in the notebook regarding the floor plan, you can determine the workplace and department of the Reviresco Clinics staff member you’re looking for. Start by identifying which departments are not possible.
HR | RD | INN | KWAL | D&A | ||
| X | X | X | X | ||
Coffee | X | X | X | X |
Answer: Quality Control.
Have you solved all the above puzzles and accessed the staff page on the Reviresco Clinics website?
To identify which Reviresco staff member is responsible, start by ruling out those who clearly aren’t involved. Click to “remove” these employees in the online environment.
From Chris’s WhatsApp message, you can determine that his first treatment was on a Tuesday, which means you can eliminate anyone who doesn’t work on Tuesdays.
Chris’s WhatsApp message reveals that he was treated by a bald man aged between 40 and 45. Anyone outside this description can be ruled out.
The floor plan indicates that the Reviresco Clinics staff member you’re looking for works in the Quality Control department. You can exclude anyone who works in a different department.
The ID card contains a staff ID, which belongs to the Reviresco Clinics staff member you’re looking for.
This staff ID begins with EMP-63. Any staff member with an ID starting with different numbers can be ruled out.
If you examine the unused film slides closely, you’ll see a bald man on each one, matching Chris’s description from his WhatsApp message. This might help you figure out the project number.
When you stack the unused film slides, you’ll reveal the project number under which Chris was treated.
Project Number: NV24371
The remaining person, and the culprit, is Bill Jacobs. Make sure to send this name correctly to Chris and Sarah.
Social
Have you connected all the turquoise elements within the suitcase?
To solve Social, you’ll need the notebook and the Work-Life Matrix. Can you figure out the correct answer?
In the notebook, you’ll find a page titled “WORK-LIFE Matrix.” This page and the following pages contain information, regarding the use of your hands and feet. Review these pages carefully to understand what needs to be done.
The idea is to play a kind of Twister. The notebook shows which symbols should be covered with each hand or foot. When all eight symbols are covered, you can calculate the Work-Life balance by adding up the remaining values (not including the symbols covered by hands and feet).
You’ll need to translate the Work-Life balance results into letters. Use the chart at the bottom of the poster (A=1, B=2, etc.). When you assign each result a letter, you’ll arrive at the correct answer for the Social segment: TEAMWORK
